Hi there, I just joined this group tonight and I am hoping to meet some great friends and look forward to support during my weight loss challenge. I binge eat occasionally. I will go 1-2 days without eating so much and then it's like I can't get enough food so I just sit in front of the tv and eat and eat. I feel awful after I do but just shrug it off. I want to learn to eat healthy and I am trying to find new healthy snacks. I also have made my eating a social thing. I rather eat with company than by myself. I am not sure what else to say but Hello all
