    I'm up 1.2 pounds since last Friday. To be fair, I recognized that my weight seemed too low last week, so this weeks' "gain" is probably more reflective of my actual weight. As usual these days, I'm just bouncing around in a range that's about 10 pounds above my personal target, though it's still below my official WW goal weight.

    I got nothin'. No big insights. I'm just unmotivated I guess.

    Perhaps I should be more thankful that I am still maintaining, at least.

    Here, as God sees me, I'm down 5.8#, and 1.0# since a week ago Wednesday, at WW. BTW, I', NOT starving myself. ;)

    -1 for a net loss since the second week of February of -15.

    Down 3 lbs this week. My efforts are showing up on the scale. Down 8.2 lbs in the last 21 days. It's a mindset for sure.

    I’ll admit I can’t help thinking of the people who would almost literally kill to be in that spot. 🤷‍♂️

    I am, apparently, the little girl with the curl.

    Last week I bemoaned the fact that fact that my bad choices had left me with a 6.4# gain for the week. Although I didn’t articulate it, I was concerned about the fact that I was spending the weekend at a family (in-law) event out of state The last two times that happened, I gained eight and ten pounds respectively due to letting the historical association of those events and prior poor eating patterns influence me.

    I went into the weekend determined to make things happen differently. One challenge is the airport lounge (inbound and outbound), which has a buffet that includes all the cookies, brownies, Rice Krispies treat, trail mix, M&M's, etc. that you can eat. I ate a banana. All meals out for the weekend? I ate yogurt and fruit for breakfast, or a veggie omelette. Other meals were salad with salmon as a protein, and veggies - no appetizers (even though it was on the table) and no dessert. I did have one piece of wedding cake, which was surprisingly good.

    As a result, on Monday morning at home I weighed 3# less than I did Friday morning at home. I weighed 5.2# less for the week from Thursday evening to Thursday evening.

    And an NSV? I didn’t strain my shoulder while I was patting myself on the back. 😊
