what to keep in mind?

I mean i am fat because i ate more in past.....may be long time back ...so when we start eating according to our tdee to make it a lifestyle ,what should we keep in mind to not lose our way...because with eating more calories its easier to make bad choice rather than when u eat fewer....working out is something to keep in mind ,but this is about eating....i mean do u eat lower side on carbs,or u leave processed food forever....

    I would certainly try to eat healthy and wholesome foods as a first choice
    The macros that are recommended from Em2WL are 40%carbs/40%protein/30%fat
    Carbohydrates are not the enemy. Just try to eat healthy ones.
    And if you do like the occasional junk food, go for it
    You should always have in mind, that it will be a change for hopefully the rest of your life. So it should not feel like a burden, but it should be easily doable, without feeling deprived.

    thanks noor13@ i know this leads us to much healthier lifestyle and that should be our first aim...
