1st Weigh In Tomorrow

Hi Everyone,
Pardon that I wasn't around this weekend. Was focused on hitting my swimming goal. I'm excited to have my 1st weekly weigh in tomorrow. I'll post a pic/check in after my weigh in. How was everyone's weekend? Did you stay on track with your goals? I intentionally have my weekly weigh ins on Mondays because it keeps me focused throughout the weekend. I want the best weigh in possible, so I remain on target with food, workouts and rest.

Good Morning. Finally found the group. I don't weigh myself but once a month but have been measuring myself for the past six weeks. So far 32 inches off my body.0

I've also made my 'weigh in' day Monday as well, so even though I'm going up and down this week on the scale, I was at no loss no gain (=/=) on Monday. I am also weighing myself daily as I take up the program, and will try for the next four weeks or so to see what my pattern is. When I did weight watchers a long time ago I would lose for two weeks and gain one week and maintain the next week. Very slow weight loss over here in my corner
