Hello Team Vegan,
This is my second attempt at eating a plant-based diet. My first was cut short because I had challenges with balanced eating causing my health to suffer. But I have a stronger spiritual reason not to kill or harm animals now and that combine with being more careful with my nutrition is what will help me succeed this time!
As well as being a vegan I focus on mindfulness and I practice meditation daily. One of the benefits of losing weight will be that I can sit more comfortably while I meditate!
Life is beautiful and bright~ I hope to meet others traveling along a similar path.
