I was just diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity. With rising inflation I can't afford to empty my cupboards and start fresh. I know most people believe this is the only way to go, but realistiaclly, it's not feasible. As I use things I already have, I am slowly replacing them with healthy GF alternatives. What's your secret to success?
