    10 min kettlebell workout—I was proud of.
    I was over but logged food. Working on capturing every “BLT” (bite lick taste)

    Also working on fasting zone/not eating too late (within 2 hrs before bed) and not having caffeine 12hr before bed time.

    Sleep hygiene has been a little wack so brushing over my habits and diet might be helpful.

    @StayFITTer - those sound like good diet goals. And good luck capturing everything - that has been my struggle recently and I am getting better (just tracked 1 Tbsp of chocolate chips)
