Wow, such amazing Non-Scale Victories Yesterday! I urge you to go back and read them.
I'm really tempted to quote them all. One great theme was more energy and fitness - for daily life activities as well as major fitness accomplishments! i went on the treadmill for the first time in more than a month. It doesn’t sound right though. this is the first time it has ever been on carpet. could that make a difference? it seems like it it wouldn’t be as stable. the main difference is the squeaky sound it makes. it seems to be running fine otherwise.
anyone have any experience with this?

Hi @LazyBlondeChef — my treadmill is on hardwood but if I don’t lubricate the belt often enough it does squeak on impact.0 -

@jamcnewman - my husband and I were sitting on our porch Monday having this exact “jungle” conversation. We live on 3 heavily wooded acres and it’s beautiful and secluded, but it’s a constant battle to keep the areas around the house from taking over. I love being out there working on it, but it never ends!

My treadmill is 21 years old and has never been lubricated. I’ll check the manual to see if there are any instructions related to that. Thanks.
