Lost 19 LBS in APRIL 2022

Hi All,
I haven't been around not bcuz I've been slacking off, but bcuz my job involves travel and April was super busy. After years of being off track, April was the first month I made a conscious effort to combine exercise and nutrition to drop the weight I've gained over the last 3 years. I had a weight loss journey in the past where I lost 20 lbs the first month. I wasn't sure how my body would respond a second time around, but I pushed and I hit 19 lbs. My primary exercise was swimming laps and doing strength training in the pool with pool weights. I swam 22 of 30 days, walked around Manhattan 2 days, and did walked/jogged intervals on the beach in Charleston, SC 1 day.
My April goals were 1. to swim everyday that I didnt travel for work 2. to track my food intake. I DID BOTH. I EVEN TRACKED THE 2 SLICES OF CHEESECAKE I ATE. Accountability not dishonesty!
Who wants to join me for setting May 2022 goals, checking in daily, weekly or whatever time we decide and CRUSHING THE F*** OUT OF THE GOALS?
