I'm up 0.2 pounds. I've stuck to my "no alcohol during the week plan," but am still snacking a little too much, and eating too much on the weekend. I'll just keep chipping away and trying to move closer to my plan.

Up .8 lbs this week. Not to bad considering I got off track tracking about 2.5 plus weeks ago. I'm totally out of balance right now with work, life and my sleeping habits. Hopefully I'll get a grip on my time mentally and get get back tracking literally. I'm going to change my numbers below to reflect where I was a few weeks ago instead of 12 years ago when I was 400 lbs. Lost that first 105 stayed in twoterville for a while then slowly creped back up to the 350. Gherrrr!
