So I'm new on here , I've been lifting on and off most of my adult life. I'm 41 and looking for tips , ideas and inspiration. Feel free to add me. Here's my question. What training method do you guys feel gets the most results for building muscle. Push pull. Upper lower. One muscle group a day. Total body or split training ?
