Thankful Thursday

How are you feeling right now? What is your intention for today? Only focus one thing. It’s not too late to make one if you don’t have one already. For me, it’s hydrating. I’m focusing on making sure I take good care of my lubricating my joints, and making sure I’m not thirsty. The US National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine says a recommended amount of water is 15.5 cups for men and 11.5 cups for women. Please don’t get lost in this calculation. Don’t focus on measurements, pints, cups, and liters. Just fill a bottle and sip on it until it’s empty, and then refill. Enjoy taking care of You!
