    I think these will be my goals for September. The first week on the 5th is my weigh in after my August 5 to Sept 5 goal which is 213 (fingers crossed).

    The others I just put at a pound a week -- after that 9/5 goal.

    This is a way we challenge ourselves for motivation and support during the month.

    SW = Starting Weight
    CW = Current Weight
    GW = Goal Weight ( for the month)
    LTGW = Life Time Goal Weight

    The dates are the date we will be weighing and posting that weight.

    Set a goal that is doable, but will help keep you motivated to track and work the program.

    We don't force you to hold to the goal. You can change if you need or want to. Life happens!

    Welcome to our group Demarii and Jess! I hope that you feel at home here. We are in deed an interesting bunch that I hope you will grow to love as much as I have.     (We're kinda full up on trolls, but if anyone wants to apply, we have a waiting list. Talk to dward)

    We've never had any of the vitriol or venom that sometimes characterizes some of the boards in the wider MFP world--but if we did...well...let's just say it would be immoderately moderated.

    This is a safe and happy place full of really cool people who are earnestly working on something wonderful.
