And wow I feel so good. Tonight was my treat meal something I really fancied that wasn’t necessarily healthy as I generally eat really good nitriles meals. I had fasted for 22days which I’ve been doing for the last 10 days and I had a stuffed frost pizza total calories 1100 and I had planned to eat two fairy cakes bringing my cals for the day to 1400 but after the pizza I had no desire whatsoever for the buns.
I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and have a lot to loose but ten days in and I have lost over a stone. I know it’s such early days but I really feel like this is life changing for me and it’s working. I’ve no desire to binge at all and I like this saying I heard defer not deny. Great to be in this group.

Good for you! I like the idea of a treat meal. I might do that sometime too. Congras on losing a stone!1
