NROL Supercharged or Beautiful Badass?

I've been doing NROL Supercharged for a while, but am intrigued by Nia Shanks's Beautiful Badass program. Anyone recommend one over the other?

    I do have Supercharged (but am too lazy to actually write my own D-I-Y program) - and I like the look of it. I don't have nia's program.
