You have done well in meeting your goals this past month. Keep up the great work!
I have created new Goals for you for June. Letβs raise the bar to our personal best.
Hope you will join me this next month. Letβs get healthy together 1 Step and 1 Day at a time. Yes, we can do itβ¦
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
Choose 1 new Fruit or 1 new Vegetable this month.
Letβs make it our Goal to increase both Fruits and Vegetables this month for a Healthier you!
Track Nutrition daily
Maintain the right amount of calories per day
And Maintain 25 grams of Fibre or more daily.
Fitness Goals: Plan of Action: to be more active.
Cardio: aim for at least 30 minutes or more per day.
Fitness Suggestions: Marching in place, Swimming, Jogging, Biking, Walking,Treadmill. Lifting light weights, Stationary Bike
Strength Training; upper and lower body at least 3x per week 25 minutes or more each session.
Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.
You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...

I am back and will work on my Nutrition with adding more Pureed Fruits and Veggies to Smoothies, Soups and Juices!
Fitness is focused on Building Strength and Keeping the Circulation Flowing while recovering from surgery!
