I am posting new Fitness Goals on Tuesday Morning for you.
I have had a difficult recovery from this last surgery; swelling drainage and pain. Sorry I havenβt signed in for a while. Know you are never forgotten but always kept close to my heart. β€οΈ1 -
Week 5
Post-op 2 weeks this Wednesday.
Nutrition: I am continuing with my Liquid diet high calorie while recovering from both surgeries.
Fitness: continuing with Circulation and Leg raises which are modified so I keep circulation moving while recovering from surgery!
