I've decided to start adding some miles done at work at my new job at the gym. I've had less time to get out and walk - not to mention it's like a furnace outside. I do log a lot of steps at the gym, it's two levels and when you're on the fitness floor for the shift, you're the only one and you do run around. I'm taking about half the numbers from each day to be fair.
That being said, 7 miles please.

I rode my stationary bike 12.0 miles yesterday and 8.0 miles today already and that's good enough for GOAL!! :drinker: A little early in the month, but I think I'm just going to keep plugging along and not up it right now.
@KAR328 - That sounds totally fair to count those step/miles! You're totally moving around!
Everyone try to stay cool with the hot temps that are passing through the U.S. right now!

Another weekend is upon us!! YAAAAAY!! Hope you have a good one!! If it's going to be super-hot in your neck of the woods, be careful exercising outdoors and drink plenty of liquid, preferably with electrolytes if you're sweating a ton. But better yet if you have the option, exercise indoors in air conditioning.
