Hi all,

Any tips for someone looking to make some huge changes to their diet and overall lifestyle?

I’m starting out today and need support. Tried so many times in the past and failed!

    write down all the things you want to change and break them down into mini goals. for example (this is an example only) my goal is to lose 100 pounds. I have broken it down to losing 10 pounds at a time. so it is easier to make small changes than one big change
