    My lowest recorded weight was: 164.4 lbs
    My goal weight for 1/1/2023 is 135lbs

    Back from vacation where I didn't get to weigh myself throughout the week to see my progress. Daily weigh ins help hold me accountable to the food I'm eating and make adjustments as needed. Not giving up though!
