I'm up 1.2 pounds since last week. Just bouncing around in my current range. Still maintaining and simply wishing ~12 pounds off (yup, that's working well for me...ha ha ha).

Continuing with the “history buff” comments from last week, I’m being very consistent with history. It’s three weeks since vacation, and as of my Thursday evening weigh-in I now weigh exactly what I weighed before I started the vacation. I went up 8.2 on three weeks of vacation, down an unexpected 8.4 the first week back, rebounded up 4 pounds after the loss, and down 3.8 this week. Three weeks is what it normally takes me to lose what I gain on vacation.

    I’m getting dizzy . . . . maybe it’s altitude sickness. 😉

Like visions of sugar plums, the idea of just shifting from a acceptance of low and irregular loss to a full-on spring back to goal is still dancing through my head. I have not committed to it, but I’ll admit this week I largely acted the part. I’ve gotten blue dots (healthy eating range) starting last Sunday, and every day since Sunday I’ve been within my daily points.

We'll see how I do on the next test. We’re going away for six days, so what will I do on the road? Will I be an uncommitted sprinter, or a committed turtle - or Miss Piggie in male form? Stay tuned . . . .

    😊

Up 4.2 lbs from last week. It's all about keeping my head in the game. My head has been everywhere but in the game. I won't go into any further detail except to say I've got some work to do between my ears.
