i am 39 and sadly i have become an emotional eater over the years, i have 3 stone hanging round my stomach and GP did my bloods and has asked me to see the diabetic specalist, my mom is a nurse and the nurse told me im either type 2 or pre type 2, please can someone advise how i find specific foods, like brands, to change my diet as i need to get it off, i have pains and twinges and i have tried weight watchers and slimming world and i hate them. can anyone help
