I would love to talk with you & others, as to what I need to do. I was diagnosed In August of this yr with type 2 & would really like to stay off of meds. I go back in Dec to see if my change in diet is working. I am dealing with a lot of frustration in know what is good & what is bad. I have found recipes online but am concerned by some of the ingredients listed. I live in a very small town the closest nutrition people are 25 mi away. So would appreciate any support0
