Hi I am Keri. Been using MFP for years off and on. It helps sometimes. Now i seem to be just maintaining a weight of 210-220 for past 5 years. I am wanting to get back down to a healthy weight and so really up my game. Set a goal to pursue a year of health and I just started Memorial Day. Not just weight but mentally to. I have put me on hold for so long. Need to get back to myself. Before I had just portioned controlled, ate what I wanted within reason, and just exercised. Didn’t keep track of writing down calories or pay attention to macros. I lost 50 lbs that way. So I think mentally that works for me. But I gained it back cuz I lost myself and now I’m finding myself again. I’m trying to find what works for me.
