Basil Beef Stir Fry

1lb ground or sliced beef
3 Cloves Garlic
4 Thai Peppers
One White Onion
Two Carrots sliced
One Bell Pepper sliced
Basil Leaves
1 Cup Jasmine Rice
Sauce:
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Thin Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Black Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
*Mix together then pour into frying pan after you've cooked the meat/vegetables for three minutes. Cook for two additional minutes then add basil leaves until wilted ~ 20 sec. Serve on or with steamed jasmine rice. Recommended sauces in picture. I use one tbsp each of two different Oyster Sauces.
