I'm down 0.4 pounds. I did start re-focusing on curbing my snacking and alcohol intake during the week. There were a few "white-knuckle" moments in there, but I did ok this week. I want to work to maintain that focus, and I hope that will help me get my weight down towards my personal target weight (130 pounds). In any case, still maintaining.

Way to go Steve and Al!
I'm down .6. It was a decent week in terms of not snacking, but I didn't have the well-rounded meals I intended. I let some things get in the way of nightly cooking, so there was too much take-out. I managed portions well, but there weren't enough vegetables and quite a few allergens. (I love you, onion naan.)
I'm aiming for better quality meals for the upcoming week.1 -
Down 3 lbs this week. Still at an ask time high from years past. Continuing to get my head right.2

Congrats to Steve and Al - and to Derick, who proved to himself that it is possible.
Dead even this week for me. That's disappointing but understandable (maybe “excuse-able” is a better term), considering I went to a wedding this weekend. I thought I did fairly well, but the piece of wedding cake I was handed was a) very large, and b) very good. Combine that with a gift bag full of salt water taffy, and there were enough poorer choices to trigger a three pound gain Sunday morning - which I’ve already gotten rid of.
But the good news?
I bought a suit last summer - ten months and ten pounds ago - and that’s been my “weddings and funerals” suit. It’s what I wore to the wedding this weekend. However, before putting that on, I pulled out one of the suits that I wore for work when I was at goal - and IT FIT! the jacket was comfortable, buttoned with no pulling, the pants were fine, but just a little bit tighter in the waist than my current suit. Since the forecast was for 90°+, I opted for more room. But that was a great NSV.2
