I'm up 0.4 pounds, just bouncing around at the higher-end of my range, though still maintaining. Apparently I need to wish a little harder to get the few extra pounds off that I'd like to lose! Ha ha.

Dead even Wednesday, at WW. Still below goal, and, like Steve, WISHING i could drop some more. ;)

I'm up 2 pounds. I know why. Blah.

I also need to wish harder/more regularly.

Down 2.2 this week, which makes it my second-lowest weigh-in of this decade. 🎉🎶🎶😇

Not a lot of magic, but still an interesting week - and a good reminder that things change over time. Last Thursday AM (my official WW weigh-in day) I weighed 191.4. I had a generally consistent week, following the process - except Sunday afternoon we had company for cocktails and snacks. Monday morning I was 194.8. Thursday AM? 189.2, and 190.2 at my evening WW weigh-in.

I mentioned that at my meeting because I think it’s important for people to realize that you can’t overreact to a single weigh-in. Also, it’s what you do most of the time rather than what you do some of the time that will determine your results.

Yeah, I’m a member of the happy camper club this week. Now to string together two weeks! 👍

My weigh in today was at primary care office. He was not pleased, and neither am I. Right now, baby steps for me.

Up 1.6 lbs from last week. I had kind of a downward streak this week and it came to an end after getting out of control this week. I'm hoping my work schedule this week will slow down a bit. At least that's my plan. Onward and downward.

I completely get it, my friend. I’m still working back from allowing myself to regain 89#. “Just” another ten to go!
