1200 calories easy?

I love my food, and can generally eat quite a lot of it when I want to
But when I'm in '1200 cal mode' I actually find it quite easy to stay on track. I find I am usually not that hungry, and on some days feel I could easily under-eat if I didn't make sure to pack out my daily calories to target.
Here and there over the past few weeks I've had a few blow out days when meeting up with friends and such (and I think not denying oneself days like that is a key part, for me anyway, of sticking to something like this for long enough to make a difference), but overall it feels relatively 'easy'.
Just wondering what other people's experience is?

I agree. I am not in starving mode on 1200. I lose my cravings also.0
