Day 6 review - Day 7am

Day 6 went well food and water aligned with what I logged that morning in the app. We had lots of food at work yesterday and I did not partake in any of it. Before this week I usually would eat any food being offered to me, in addition to what I had for myself to eat. I was eating a ton of extra calories. I’m not doing a super restrictive diet. I choose reasonable options for breakfast lunch dinner along with two snacks. I won’t be losing a lot of weight quickly. Working towards long term healthy eating habit. I know with that the weight will come off. No exercise for me. I’m not there yet. My body feels pretty good. Still bloating:( Hope that resolves itself soon. And I did sleep well. I didn’t get sleepy at work yesterday which is a huge change for me. I get sleepy most days. And my body is regulating itself with the increase in water, I’m making less trips to the bathroom.
So I made it to day 7. Will complete one week of fueling my body properly on today. I’ve logged my food. I’ll head to the kitchen shortly and prepare it. And will work towards sticking to eating what I’ve logged only.
