Need help with losing weight

hi - I'm a mom of 4 boys and I'm having a hard time to lose the baby weight from 15 years ago when my last son was born. I started SlimFast the middle of March and the last time I weighed myself when I had a scale to now I've lost 13 lbs but would love to lose another 40 lbs.. I'm a picky eater and sometimes an emotional eater or junk food eater. Any hellp would really be appreciated.. Thank you.
