I'm down 3.8 pounds (!). I was up over my WW goal last week, and was taking a regular schedule of Motrin for gout. A known side-effect of Motrin for some folks is fluid retention, and I assume that was a big contributor to my being over goal weight. It's amazing how much weight dropped in just a couple of days after stopping the drug! My current weight even includes a multi-day vacation to NYC, where I ate at great restaurants, and did not really restrict myself much.

Anyway, my plan is to really focus on getting back to my eating plan to work off ~10-15 pounds and get down to my personal target weight.

Up 0.6# at WW on Wednesday morning. Still maintaining, and, like Steve, working to drop some more.

Congrats on the 3.8, Steve. Always nice to see a big drop.

Losing weight to get back to goal is interesting. The prior week was a generally good week, with an unexplained gain of about 0.8. This week? I had three days with a combined total of 200+ daily points against a three day budget of 66 daily points - and lost 1.6.

No, I don’t think I’ve stumbled onto the secret of weight loss.

Really, it was Thursday thru Saturday that was the issue. I was up about four pounds by Sunday morning, and then down six by Wednesday morning. Weird stuff.

This week's challenge? I’m traveling from Thursday thru next Monday with little control over the menu. Guess that leaves portion control and activity as my levers.

Down .8 over two weeks. I was out of town part of last week with no scale access.

I've been bopping around gaining and losing the same couple of pounds the past month. I'm truly mentally ready to string together a few days of proper eating then repeat. I've got meals planned/shopped for through Monday and will get the next three days together on Sunday.

    Have a great weekend!

Down 7 4 lbs this week. A very rough week medically. Lot and lots of blood loss in my urine Thursday of last week till Tueday of this week when I met with my Urologist. After several test consences is my bladder is not functioning period. Lots of water retention last week even though I had a catheter in. So the outcome or diagnosis is I'll have to wear a catheter and bag the next 4 weeks to check to see if the blood in urine stops. But really no option long tern but to wear the catheter full time with rotating a new catheter every 4 weeks. I thinking on the positive side.

I can think of many many other things that my friends have so that are much worse so I'll not trade my condition for anyone else's.
