    Hello! Yes busy weekends are good!
    I went on an all day adventure yesterday with my brother and sister-in-love to buy a horse trailer.
    No weight loss though. Next week will be better!

    My weekend was filled with work. However after work I did walk up 7 flights of stairs so I counted that as a workout. Nothing much more occurred over the weekend.
