    Day 1: 732 calories burned. Walking, swimming. 240 squats.
    Day 2: 0 calories burned. The heat and humidity has finally gotten the better of me. We don't have A/C and I have been fighting headaches and nausea for days now. I've burned enough calories this month to say I completed this challenge. It really pushed me .
