I did my morning stretches for both strength and flexibility.
I’m helping my brother-in-law replace some damaged fence, which is physical activity and help maintain our positive relationship.0 -
I focus on maintaining the four anchors of good health: Healthy eating, stress reduction, quality sleep, and exercise. I've experienced the inevitable declines from aging, but to a lesser extent than most because of my daily good behaviors.0

Went to Physical Therapy this noon. Balance, including strengthening the calf, thigh, and glutes.
NOT falling down is a big goal for me.2 -
Eating right, exercising, and limiting alcohol are my current "big three." I really need to get back to strength training, though, as that's something I haven't done for a while, and when I was lifting, I actually had improvements in my bone density (and strength, etc.).1
