What are you going to do today that your future self will thank you for?

    I did my morning stretches for both strength and flexibility.

    I’m helping my brother-in-law replace some damaged fence, which is physical activity and help maintain our positive relationship.

    I focus on maintaining the four anchors of good health: Healthy eating, stress reduction, quality sleep, and exercise. I've experienced the inevitable declines from aging, but to a lesser extent than most because of my daily good behaviors.

    Went to Physical Therapy this noon. Balance, including strengthening the calf, thigh, and glutes.
    NOT falling down is a big goal for me.

    Eating right, exercising, and limiting alcohol are my current "big three." I really need to get back to strength training, though, as that's something I haven't done for a while, and when I was lifting, I actually had improvements in my bone density (and strength, etc.).

    Stay focused on MTBC every meal turning into every day, every week, every month till the goal is attained plus walk and get moving.
