Hello Everyone,
My name is Rebekah. I am 44 years old (45 next month). I had surgery on July 7, 2022 (Gastric Bypass). Surgery was successful, but my new stomach is highly sensitive and doesn't handle most foods yet. Hoping to get support alongside others.
Also, broke my toe three weeks ago, and can no longer walk like I used to to get the exercise needed. Specialist told me that I can only work on upper body until my foot is healed. Very frusterating because the timing couldn't be worse. But I will get through this!
