Not explicitly a food reward, but I am more flexible at Peter weigh-in than I am right before. Also, since my points week runs Sunday through Saturday but I weigh in Thursday, I’m willing to spend my accumulated activity points Friday and Saturday. (Steve - let me know if you need a refresher on all this “points” stuff. 😉) Thursday evening is generally a small meatball sub for me after my weigh-in, and Saturday is normally at a nice restaurant that has a very good server and an innovative chef. Steak and beer are both usually involved.

Because of these routines, I generally weigh 2-3# more on Sunday morning than I did on Thursday morning.

What are these "points" that you speak of? ;-)

I actually have a pattern that is very similar to Charlie's, but for somewhat different reasons. While I don't count points, points count me, so to speak. If I want to lose/maintain weight, I need to be pretty restrictive on my intake, and I try to be more restrictive Sunday through Friday lunch. Shabbat starts on Friday night, and so I generally have a larger meal (with wine and dessert) for Friday dinner and Saturday lunch. On Saturday night, after Shabbat ends, I often have a slice of pizza and finish off the wine from the prior meals.

I weigh more on Sunday/Monday, and then spend the rest of the week taking those pounds back off again.

I really try to avoid using food as a reward.

I am a little more liberal with my food choices on Fridays.

When I was following WW Sunday was WI day. That was generally the day I had lunch with my son at BWW. So that being day #1 with a recharged WPA I was a bit more liberal with my choices.

We are both more liberal on our weigh-in day (now Tuesday, due to PT appointments). Our normal meeting is now Wednesday, but, before CIVID, we went to a Friday meeting. LOVED that, sometimes too much.

Today's increased flexibility (a.k.a. “Reward)? I elected not to to stay within my daily points for snacks, and instead has two ounces of tawny port and one ounce of Roquefort. Over my daily points, but within the healthy eating range.

Yes, I can make that last an hour, and yes, I am in my PJ's. 😊

Every day is pretty much the same. No special treat or reward.

When I was counting the points and later calories I took Friday evening to splurge. The last last few weeks however there has been none of that. It was usually a dessert of some sort.
