I'm down 0.4 pounds. I'm pretty happy with this, as I have been less than "perfect" over the past couple of weeks, with a trip last week, and a day or two with some after-dinner snacks (and even a glass of bourbon last night). Nevertheless, I'm still making slow but steady progress towards my personal target weight. I feel like I'm in a better head-space than usual, so I'm taking advantage of the mindset to make some progress.

Up 0.8# at WW on Tuesday. Still maintaining. Daily, "as God sees me" I'm down to my lowest since getting on the bandwagon in 2010.0

I’m going to say it was a very successful week on the march back to goal weight - with a loss of 0.2. Why do I say that?
1. It marks five weeks in a row without gaining, despite my normal roller-coaster tendencies.
2. I was traveling four of seven days.
3. I had blue dots three of the four travel days.
4. I exercised every day this week, despite travel.
5. I ate brisket & ribs for 43 pts - which is better than the 68 pts last time I traveled.
I don’t know if it’s a success or not, but I took a pass on my share of the free cannoli that the Italian restaurant gave us. Honestly, it didn’t look as good as what I’d expect at Modern or Mike's in the North End of Boston, so that’s a win. Flip side - free cannoli, really? Who IS this guy?
So I prioritized my weight management this past week while traveling, while still having things I enjoy, which makes it a success no matter what the scale said. The one downside? We travelled to KC to my sister-in-law's to see Alan Jackson on his planned final tour - and he tested positive for Covid that day, so the show is postponed indefinitely.0 -
Up 2.4 lbs this week. I let go last Sunday till this Thursday when we picked up DS Sunday and drove him back Wednesday. So damage could have been worse.0
