I am down 0.6 pounds this week. I had a pretty strong week (except for Monday/Labor Day) in terms of sticking to my plan. I am happy to simply keep up with a slow but steady loss as I work my way back to my personal target.

I'm down 1lb this week but that's off a gain from last week so my net is still up 2.4 lbs from my previous low 2 Fridays ago. Just need to concentrate on each meal at hand.0

I’ve characterized my current efforts as a “march” back to my goal weight, but I’m not sure that’s an accurate description of my pace.
At any rate, I’d say it was a successful week. I stayed in the healthy eating range for all seven days, and exercised to varying degrees all seven days. My weight continued to go down at my “at home” daily weigh-ins, and Wednesday morning I was down about 0.8 pounds from the prior Thursday AM.
And then overnight between Wednesday and Thursday I lost another three pounds. Where did THAT come from?!
So I’m down 3.8 from last week, and at 186.4 I’m within 6.4 of my goal and 4.4 of free Lifetime. I’ve had six successive and successful weeks without gaining, and I weigh three pounds less than I did before the 6.2# gain on my July trip seven weeks ago.
The irony, of course, is that last week I felt I had a litany of successes and a 0.2# loss. This week, basically just stayed on plan and had a 3.8# loss. I guess the only thing to do is my famous Doris Day impression and sing, “Que, sera, sera” - and move on to the next week. 🤷♂️1 -
WW official down 1.4# this week. My daily weigh-ins hit a low of 205# this week. Lowest since the early 1980's.0
