I made bagels this week using this recipe: https://www.skinnytaste.com/easy-bagel-recipe/.
They look and taste good, the texture is different than a typical bagel though. They are not as chewy.

I am watching my sodium so I did not add the salt to the dough. I only needed about half an egg to do the egg wash. Here are the stats from MFP when I put it into the recipe builder with my changes. 27G carbs, 1G fat, 10G protein.
