Calories

Hello I’m new here…I was wondering even though I’m counting calories what exercise is recommended to burn extra calories? I work at a daycare so I’m moving a and I don’t want a work out that would just leave me even more exhausted.thank you

    Hi! Welcome! I’ve worked at daycares in the past and know it keeps you moving. Are you wearing a pedometer or using a phone to monitor how many steps you’re getting in? I wear a Fitbit to track steps and it also monitors heart rate so you can see how much time you’re spending in cardio zones. Just setting goals for getting in more steps could get you started. There are lots of free workouts available online now or through free apps if you want to look for workouts you’d enjoy.
