Last camping trip this weekend and then time to go scorched earth.

We just winterized our camper over the weekend, booooooo.
walked/jogged at lunch then got an extra boost with volunteering at the food bank last night.

Ahhh not a great week for me. I swear I’ve mindlessly binged for no good reason so I really need to get back on track this week. Honestly it has to be less sleep than normal that makes me think I’m ravenous. That and having junk in the house I shouldn’t have. I like the scorched earth plan from @baconslave. I may need to do the same or the pounds will creep back on before the holidays. Thank goodness I’m an exercise freak because that has given me some balance when decisions are poor. Ok, no more whining- I got this! I’m going to come out of this winter trim and ready to flaunt it!

I start out every month with good intentions and start slipping about day 15-20. I'm still doing my cardio and strength, up to week 5 of C25K but I really had trouble with food the past week. CW 170. My trainer is supportive but does not believe in low carb as a way of life so no help there. I'm thinking about IF starting next week. I've done it before but not well. More research needed to see what I can manage.

@tishsmith101 i’m the same way! Except this month started early for me on eating like a maniac. I’m totally aware and am trying to reel it in but it’s like I have a hole in my stomach that just won’t fill. Hang in there, we’ll get through this!

    My goals:
Walking my pup at least twice a day
    Drinking more water
Not eating when I'm not hungry
    Getting below 200lbs

I am determined to find my will power to do this!

Well crap, finishing out the month with a hip injury. I've never had something like this before that came out of nowhere while jogging yesterday. The discomfort I can deal with, the inconvenience not so much. Now I have to be patient and I don't wanna LOL

Well the month is over and my goals fell short. I basically maintained for the month so I guess November means go time. Now that things are more stable with my husband and his health, I should get back on track. I’ll chalk this up as another month of learning what works and what doesn’t. On the plus side, I am getting better at recognizing whether I’m really hungry and shutting down the snacking when I’m not.

1000000% sorry, guys. My life is bizarre and I'm losing my mind. I'll have the November challenge up by tonight. These peeple are killing me. :joy:
