I have been weighing myself but not keeping track of my food and not exercising and my weight gain is the proof. Again for me it is all emotional eating. So back again. A new day.1 -

I hear you. I am in the same boat π’ π starting today as a new day as well. Determined to end this year (my birthday) with a hundred lbs less than I was last yearπ€πΎπ€πΎπ€πΎ We got this together π«πͺπΎπͺπΎ rooting for your success on this continued journey

Unfortunately I cannot Exercise as my left legs is swollen and BP is high but maintaining 1,000-1,200 calories so my results are good so far even with the weight gain over the weekend hopefully I have a loss tomorrow4 -
