Tracked calories yes I was way over. I’m traveling for work and I’m always eating to much.
Activity: indoor run 50 minutes 3.88 miles 571 active calories burned

Comments: I have a sweet tooth, and was still able to avoid the Halloween candy last night! I did have some very dark chocolate though, from my stash, just enough to keep me happy!1 -
I'm curious, what is your healthy go-to for lunches?
I made a large batch of chicken/veggie/bean/spinach soup on Sunday, that is easy to warm up at work for lunch. I will most likely have this all week... if I don't get too tired of it.1 -

What's ironic is that an hour of walking gets me ~6,500 steps and an hour of water aerobics gets me only about half that. Yet my average heart rate is probably 25-30 beats higher during the water aerobics than the walking. 🤷♂️

My go to lunch here lately has been a chicken breast with a vegetable lately it’s been beets. And I usually have 2 servings of fruit. Mine lately has been grapes and a apple
