How's everyone doing? August wasn't my month but I managed to at least maintain. Looking forward to getting moving again!
I got a new bike, complete with trailer to pull the little ones so I have been really enjoying that.
I've also had a crazy schedule change, with my first 16 credit hour semester (the most I've done is ten). It's also a new school and the structure is way different...since I'm an online student that is difficult for me. I'm going to have to work harder at managing my time but I think I can do it! I'm committed to making sure workouts don't get dropped because of that. We will see.
So what's your update?

I am here - August was a bust. I was hired for a teaching position and things just exploded crazy from there! I am hoping to be back on track with eating tomorrow as the 'community'' luncheons will be over. I tried to participate as much as I could by making healthy choices.
I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow to see the damage and moving forward from there. I understand the on line school thing that is how I obtained my bachelors and masters degree. Good luck you will find your rhythm.
I have the Zumba program now since my studio is cutting the days from 4 to 3. Once I get into a good groove I will be able to get my am workout back in I am hoping.

Everything has been a bust for me lately. I'm not gaining, thank goodness, but I'm not losing either. Now I've got to try to squeeze my 315lbs bottom into an aeroplane seat in under 4 weeks!
I've seriously lacked self control lately, with everyone being sick for so long!
Luckily everyone seems to be getting better, and hopefully I'll be able to get back on track!0 -

I know...I know I am such a looser and not the weight loss kind either. I feel as though the group just kind of fizzeled and with my overwhelming schedule (new job) I have not even been on in forever!

What happened to me was, the summer, heel pain and careless eating. Now, I'm depressed and angry with myself. It's starting over almost from the beginning. This is life or death. I have to do it for good, for life.0

Well my excuse is my husband cheating on me/leaving me.
I have been doing some counseling and with doing that, I am trying to leave that excuse behind. My counselor is helping me to realize that I need to focus on myself and help myself and love myself, and forgive myself etc.
So in relation to all of that, I am trying to get back on the wagon. I have regained 13lbs in the last couple of months that I had lost previously. But I am not beating myself up over it because that would not be loving myself.
So today is a new month....and I am back at it!0
