I'm up 0.6 pounds. Pretty amazing for a week in which there was a fast day! Ha ha ha!

But seriously, I generally load up a bit more before a fast, and tend to overeat after a fast. It's a good example about how trying to eat more regularly and avoiding becoming too hungry is generally helpful.

The next big holiday starts Sunday night with Sukkot. Again, think "festive meals" for lunch and dinner Sunday night through Tuesday lunch, but then dinner with friends in one-another's sukkahs for the rest of the week. The final parts of the holiday (Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah) run the following Sunday night through Tuesday evening. Whee!

So again, if I can just avoid gaining too much over the next couple of weeks, that would be a victory! I will adjust my exercise schedule to try to sneak in my normal number of runs each week, so I hope to keep that up at least.

Up 3.2 officially, at WW on Wednesday. No surprise. Still maintaining.

For last week's results I had been traveling, and based on what I knew then I estimated that I was down one pound (with a Pizookie). At this week’s weigh-in, I was down 1.8# from two weeks ago, so I’m going to say I lost 0.8# over the most recent week. That puts me at my lowest weight since August of 2014, and 6.2# from goal.

I’ve also started thinking ahead a bit. I solicited some advice on Connect, and I’ll probably resume a green/yellow/red zone plan once I’m at goal. I’ll use the 14 day average of daily results to assess whether something is a blip or a trend. I’m thinking about the timing of the transition back to “free” as well, because I don’t want to be free by 0.2# at the very end of a month, such that any gain in a week would put me back to paying. I’m working on a strategy to stick that particular landing, and I’ll share a bit more about that as it gets closer.

For now? Two weeks in a row with a loss, at my lowest weight is ages, and feeling optimistic.

Down 1.2 lbs this week. A start because I let myself go for a few days and gained 11 lbs back before I could stop myself. I'm back in a 2 week all protein diet then ease back into phasi g in carbs slowly for a while to get my appetite stable.
