New group for older folks who want to lose weight and gain strength

I just started a group for muscle centric weight loss with a focus on older adults, but all are welcome. In a nutshell: eat enough protein and practice resistance training.

    Happy to have found this group; thank you for starting it, it’s right up my alley as 60 is only a couple of months away. I’ve always known muscle to be a benefit, even more so as we age. I also got lucky enough to find and started listening to a podcast, The Strong and Lean at Any Age. Good stuff 💪🏼
