What are your protein goals? What do you do to achieve them? Any protein eating issues?

Do you shoot for 1 gram of protein per kg of body mass, 35 grams of protein per meal, 100 grams of protein per day, or some other protein consumption goal?

Do you eat meat at every meal, drink protein smoothies, eat a variety of protein-rich vegetables/grains/legumes, do some combination of the above, or use some other tactic to meet your protein goals?

Do you experience any abdominal issues that are likely due to how much protein you are eating? If so, have you found ways of alleviating those issues while still meeting your protein goals?

What works for you might not work for everybody, but, on the other hand, you may have figured out something that will indeed work for somebody else. Please share your protein eating goals, tactics, and experiences in this discussion.
