I'm down 0.2 pounds from last week. That's a bit of a victory, given the preponderance of holidays and associated meals over the past week(s). I'm ready to buckle back down and work within my planned limits moving forward. There are no significant holidays until Thanksgiving, so there is some time before the next biggie!

At WW on Wednesday, up 0.8#. No surprise here. Still maintaining.0

That’s a pretty good result for a week with a few “break fasts” in there. Is it an argument for some version of intermittent fasting?
This week was the upside of the non-linear connection between choices and results.
Last week is had a good week, and my daily morning weigh-in last Thursday was 1.6# below the prior week's morning weigh-in. Despite that, at the WW scale my weight was unchanged. This week, my daily weigh-in result this Thursday AM was 0.4# below last Thursday morning's result - and at the WW Studio Thursday evening, I was down 2.0#. So all in all, over two weeks I’ve lost exactly what I was expecting - but clearly not when I was expecting it.
This week marks five weeks without a gain, and eleven of the past twelve weeks without a gain. This week's weigh-in at the Studio was 184.2# and marks my lowest weigh-in since 2014. It also puts me at 2.2# above free Lifetime. My head is pretty clearly in a good place. 😊1 -
Up 7.8 lbs this week. Fighting the mental battle all week. When I break loose I really go whacky. Wrong foods, wrong amounts, equals weight gain.
Currently undergoing an attitude adjustment. On to another week.0
