I am a 60 year old woman who has lost 90 lbs with Keto, and kept it off for 5 years. The last 3 years I've been struggling to lose the last 15 lbs to get to my goal weight. This will put me just out of the "overweight" category. I still eat strict keto, but my body has decided it wants to stay where it is. I've just joined a gym and plan on doing lap swimming 2x per week; strength training at least once, and then walking on the weekends. Need some encouragement that my body will get it's butt in gear!

    Wow 90 lbs! Congrats.

    I'm working on my last 5 to 10 pounds. The last few can be tough, especially when we are a little older.

    Well done that is a lot of weight to lose. Swimming is great exercise. I would swim everyday if I could. You already should be proud of youself for the amount of weight that you have lost. Keep it up :)
