I'm up 1.2 pounds. Not a big shocker, as I thought I should be up in my weight last week, and this goes along with my theory that weight really lags behind intake by a week or two.

To be honest, though, this was not my "best week" in terms of sticking with my plan. I "tripped on the stairs" a bit earlier in the week (in a semi-planned way), but then decided to simply throw myself down the rest of the stairs this week. Yeah, it's kind of a dumb approach.

I am planning to tighten the reins starting Saturday night (i.e., after Shabbat ends). Instead of spending the evening finishing off the half-drank bottles of wine from Shabbat meals, I'm going to skip the alcohol and extra snacks, and start the week off correctly.

Nevertheless, still maintaining (though above where I'd like to be).

At WW, on Wednesday, I was up 2.0#. Still below goal, but struggling to get back to where I was, and way above where I set "my goal".

    Almost . . . .

Another good week in terms of food choices (that random Payday candy bar notwithstanding), activity, and results. On Thursday morning, I saw my lowest daily weight in this decade (only have spreadsheet of results for the past year). At my 5:30 Studio meeting I weighed in at 182.8, which is my lowest official weigh-in since August of 2014, and only 0.8# outside the range for “free” Lifetime based on my goal of 180.

On the NSV side of things, on Monday I wore the jeans that I wore back when I was at goal in 2014, but here’s why it’s one of those silly things. The jeans I have been wearing in a 36” waist are Lee jeans, but the jeans I wore at goal at Levi’s in a 34” waist with that leather tag at the belt line that shows the size - because, if I’m gonna wear a 34” waist, people are by God gonna know about it!

Onward and downward. I’m not expecting to find Thanksgiving at our house a challenge, but I’m traveling on vacation the first two+ weeks of December. Let’s see if I can make good choices over that period.
